Meet the Redhead...
Born in Alabama, Betsy baked her first cake at age eight and planned her first menu at nine. As soon as her father tasted that aforementioned birthday cake and said, “Thank God for Betsy!” she knew good food and gracious hospitality were the keys to unlocking happiness and creating unity between people.
Nothing is as gratifying for her as seeing someone's eyes light up and hearing their almost inaudible moan when tasting her food.
From 1999-2020 The Saucy Redhead provided private chef, catering and baking services in Los Angeles. Now living in Austin, Betsy is currently baking her way into the hearts of folks in her new city and loving this latest phase of her career, which focuses primarily on corporate clients, and also serves the community at large.
Betsy has recently added bestselling author to her resume, with the release of "Show Your Work: Successful omen Share the Bumpy Roads to Their Biggest Wins" and looks forward to the new opportunities this will bring her way.
